Super simple — just subscribe and sign up for a walk or event you want to come to. Once you register, you’ll get all the details. Show up, walk, vibe, repeat. ✨


How do I get the location?

The exact location is shared after you register. So make sure you’re signed up so you don’t miss the tea ☕️


Are the wellness events free?

Nope — our events are ticket-based. This helps support planning, resources, safety, and all the love that goes into making Muuve magical 💕


Can men come?

No — Muuve is a dedicated space for women of color only, no matter your sexual orientation. This is our safe space 🤎You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Do you wait for people if they’re late?What services do you offer?

We love you… but no 😅 We start on time to respect everyone’s schedule. We want Muuve to be a beautiful part of your life — not take over your whole day.


Do we stop during the walk?

Not usually! Unless it’s clearly stated in the event details, we keep it moving — literally 🚶🏽‍♀️✨


Can babies or kids come?

Kids are welcome ONLY at Mommy & Me walks or when we specifically say children can attend. Otherwise, our walks are adults-only.We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.


How will I know if a walk is canceled?

If something changes, we’ll send a text message at least 24 hours before whenever possible.
